At The Fashion Vault, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a return or exchange only in case of a manufacturing defect.

🔁 Return Eligibility

  • You must request a return within 2 days of delivery

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition

  • A full, uncut unboxing video is mandatory as proof in case of major defect.

📩 How to Initiate a Return:

  • Email us at thefashionvault12@gmail.com with order details and video proof

  • Once approved, ship the item back to our store

  • Our team will inspect the product within 2 business days after receiving product.

  • A refund or exchange will be processed once the item passes inspection

If approved we'll credit the amount into the customers bank within 2-3 days

If approved we'll provide a replacement for the damaged product within 2-3 days ( we'll deliver the product within 7 days)
